Ronald McDonald House Philadelphia serves as a home away from home for families whose children are receiving medical care at local hospitals, allowing them to stay close to their loved ones. Through this event, a small group of Essity employees representing Tork, Essity’s Professional Hygiene brand, joined Eagles employees to prepare and serve meals to over 150 Ronald McDonald House guests.
The evening was filled with memorable experiences. Eagles legends Mike Quick and Harold Carmichael, two iconic figures in Eagles history, spent time visiting with families alongside Eagles cheerleaders and mascot SWOOP. Families also enjoyed special photo opportunities, a football painting station, and raffle giveaways, filling Ronald McDonald House with excitement, smiles, and moments of joy during a difficult time.
Tackle Hygiene with Every Catch
For every reception made by the Eagles during the 2025 NFL season and postseason, Essity’s Tork brand committed to donating 100 dollars worth of hygiene products to local Philadelphia charities, up to 40,000 dollars.
This season, the Eagles completed 338 receptions, resulting in a donation of 33,800 dollars in sustainable hygiene products to Ronald McDonald House Philadelphia. These donations help ensure families have consistent access to essential hygiene while staying close to their children’s care.
As part of the campaign, Tork also upgraded hygiene solutions throughout the facility, including new hand towel, toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitizer dispensers. These upgrades support more inclusive hygiene and help create a safer, more comfortable environment for families and caregivers.
