Essity Harrodsburg has been recognized as the Corporate Partner of the Year by Isaiah House, a Kentucky-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting women in recovery. The award was presented during the Isaiah House Luminary Ball in Lexington and celebrates Essity’s ongoing commitment to community partnership and improving well-being.

Throughout the year, Essity collaborated with Isaiah House on a variety of initiatives designed to provide essential hygiene and personal care products to women rebuilding their lives. One of the most impactful efforts was the “82 Reasons I Care” project, led by the Harrodsburg Women in Manufacturing team. The initiative provided essential hygiene and personal care items—including Tork® brand wipers and napkins, duffel bags, coolers, and hairbrushes—to all 82 residents of Isaiah House.

When flooding along the Kentucky River impacted the community earlier this year, Essity further supported Isaiah House by delivering a full truckload of Tork® brand products to ensure the organization could continue providing safe and sanitary conditions for residents and staff.

“Being recognized by Isaiah House is a tremendous honor,” said Jose Hernandez, Site Manager at Essity Harrodsburg. “This partnership reflects our shared belief that hygiene and health are essential human rights. We’re proud to stand alongside Isaiah House in helping people regain stability, dignity, and hope.”

Essity’s purpose is to break barriers to well-being through sustainable hygiene and health solutions. The recognition from Isaiah House underscores how that purpose extends beyond products—into meaningful partnerships that strengthen communities and improve lives.
