About the Role

Ensures good handling of Customer Complaints. Secures the validity of material and product specifications. Leads internal audits regarding the Integrated Management system and participates in processes improvement activities.

What You Will Do

  • Assures legal compliance in quality matters.
  • Supporting and interacting with production department to reach target Quality KPI’s
  • Proactively building infrastructure to share information about quality defects and Problem solving
  • Own management of Suppliers complaints, Internal non conformances and Customer complaints
  • Through Process control support Production dept. to steer the process
  • Ensuring that Control plans for each product are in place
  • Support validation of new initiatives
  • Through Process audits and Quality KPI’s showing mirror to Production dept.
  • Maintaining QMS (documentation, procedures, directives etc)
  • Ensures compliance with external quality certifications
  • Raising Quality awareness across the site
  • Reports consumer complaints and Quality KPI’s to Site, Unit and more specific to Production Lines.
  • Identifies and make available quality improvements and performs quality benchmarks between Lines, Teams and other factories.
  • Supports the RST Members and Technical Team in the impact on improvements in Quality issues.
  • Is a Role Model for Safety and supports the safety improvements
  • Ensures effective communication and participates in Daily & Weekly operations meetings.

Who You Are

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar position
