About the Role

Essity Professional Hygiene North America is currently seeking a Facilities and Infrastructure Manager for our manufacturing facility in Harrodsburg, KY,

What You Will Do

• Is a Role Model for Safety
• Manages to the agreed budgets
• Ensures that buildings are complying with the necessary requirements (legal, production, safety)
• Ensures that the utilities (gas, electricity, air, water etc.) are complying with the necessary requirements
• Develops TPM concepts for the utilities and conducts maintenance
• Manages department in line with Essity processes and tools
• Coaches and develops capabilities in the department
• Maintains inspection records in accordance with standards and regulatory requirements
• Carries on projects taking care of Capex
• Accountable for Performance Management process and responsible for consequence management within their department

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
• Minimum five years facility management experience, strong preference for experience in a manufacturing operation
• Project Management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Budgeting experience
• Ability to read and modify CAD drawings
