Transport Planner
About the Role
The key purpose of the role is to create an optimal transport plan to guarantee customer service levels for transport considering existing business and legal rules and minimizing costs
What You Will Do
• Properly plan transport units based on cost efficiency and service level compliance criteria.
• Manage order scheduling in SAP and transport traceability.
• Assign units and consolidate deliveries according to customer needs.
• Approve, evaluate, and monitor transportation providers.
• Hold regular meetings to review performance.
• Prepare reports on carrier indicators and fleet participation.
• Execute, control, and optimize transportation expenses (direct freight and additional costs).
• Verify invoices received and manage their acceptance.
• Monitor compliance with deliveries and document settlement.
• Manage roadmaps, shipments, and deliveries in SAP.
• Participate in meetings with Customer Service and commercial areas.
• Manage delivery and portfolio collection information.
• Provide support in special control or audit processes.
• Ensure that orders arrive in the right condition, quantity, place, and time.
• Prepare monthly performance reports.
• Manage and monitor transportation KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in costs and times.

• Comply with RESH policy and safety guidelines.
• Immediately report incidents, accidents, or health issues.
• Stop or correct activities that pose an imminent risk.
• Act in accordance with “Life-Saving Rules” and the “I Care” culture.
• Participate in safety and health activities and programs.
• Maintain openness and provide feedback on safety issues.
Who You Are
Professional with a degree in administration, industrial engineering, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in the transportation sector.
