B2B Customer Marketing Activation Manager

Essity are seeking a Customer Marketing Activation Manager to drive forward our ambitious plans for the Tork brand, a global leader in products like hand towels and napkins with a strong focus on hygiene and sustainability.
About the role
You will be based in Oslo reporting to the Regional Customer Marketing Director within the Professional Hygiene division. You will be focused on activating the Tork brand with our main distributors together with our ecommerce and field sales teams. The role also offers the opportunity to work with our international marketing team on delivering our product, brand and segment strategies. The role is fast paced and varied with frequent launches and campaigns.
What will you do?
Member of Local Management Team with responsibility for marketing, ensuring activities are tracked with a robust ROI model in line with our sales and marketing goals.
Maintain strong relations with distributor marketing teams and the activation of annual customer marketing plans as part of the account team with sales and ecommerce.
Responsible for activating the local country marketing plan including localization and implementation of product and segment launches, managing local A&P budget, supporting brand campaigns and managing local events.
Work with ecommerce and sales to implement digital growth strategy with distributors including shopability (digital shelf content, search) and visibility (promotions) with selected distributors.
Collaborate across the sales, marketing and supply matrix for example supporting trainings, communication, conferences and take part as required in initiatives driving profitable growth such as sponsorships.
Key Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent.
- 3+ years experience in product or marketing management.
- Relevant (ideally B2B) business understanding. Sales / customer facing experience an advantage
- Ability to work with ecommerce and digital marketing and tools like CRM to track the impact of activities.
- Experienced in managing and measuring marketing plans and budgets.
- Strong Norwegian and English language written and verbal skills required for translating assets and delivering presentations and training to customers and sales.
- Some international travel mainly in Nordics is required (approx. 10-20 days per year).
